How to Get Pets in Fallout Shelter

If you’re a fan of Fallout, Bethesda’s mobile spinoff game, Fallout Shelter, is now available on Xbox One and Windows 10 devices! This marks the first time the title has been released on these consoles – so if you haven’t played it before now’s an excellent chance to do so!

Bethesda recently added an update to Fallout Shelter that brought the beloved German Shepherd Dogmeat into the vault. Additionally, this update added cats and improved inventory management capabilities. Vault-Tec reported that four-legged companions can affect vault dwellers’ productivity and happiness, so Bethesda’s team implemented this content in order to enhance players’ experiences with their mobile RPG.

Pets have always been an important part of the Fallout franchise, so it’s only fitting that they’re now available in Shelter as well. Players can now adopt various four-legged friends from crate drops in the vault. Overseers now have the power to permanently evict dwellers who aren’t contributing. Furthermore, players now have access to “sell all” feature for getting rid of excess inventory. Moreover, Fallout Shelter now features new pickup lines and text conversations as well as inventory management options – what’s your favorite? Let us know in the comments! And, if you have any queries about these updates, don’t hesitate to ask us any questions – thanks for reading!

One of the more enjoyable features of Fallout Shelter is being able to create and name your own pets, and with this latest update they have brought cats into the fold with some flair. Not only are cats more entertaining to play with than their furry cousins, but they also come with some notable advantages such as being able to evict lazy or inattentive dwellers from your Vault. Plus, they’re surprisingly cute! All these features can be found in Fallout Shelter’s latest versions for iOS and Android if you want to take gaming on-the-go.
